In no particular order - How likely is this to even begin to get off the ground with our knowledge of N Korean antics? How much rare earth production can world demand support even allowing for some significant growth? How many years behind companies already producing outside China like MCP and LYSCF would this 'potential' project fall? With other heavy rees like AVL etc much more advanced and in 'safer' zones who would invest? Sounds like the headline grabbing theory behind all those ree finds deep in the ocean - maybe N Korea ends up selling to N. Korea in 10 years. - Sound investment?
