San Anton Resource Corporation Shareholders Approve Proposed Business Combination With Kings Minerals

San Anton Resource Corporation (TSX:SNN) announces that its shareholders have approved the proposed business combination with Kings Minerals NL (ASX:KMN) at a shareholders meeting held earlier today.
