Samco, Pan American Silver Sign Definitive Option Agreement

Samco Gold Ltd. (TSXV:SGA) announced that its subsidiary in Argentina has signed a definitive option agreement with a Pan American Silver Corp. (TSX:PAA,NASDAQ:PAAS) subsidiary, also from Argentina. It allows the latter to gain a 60-percent interest in the El Dorado-Monserrat project.

As quoted in the press release:

The parties intend to participate in the exploration and development of EDM leading to the commencement of mining activities at the project. Details of the business terms are described in Samco’s news release dated May 29, 2014.
