NQ Exploration Inc. (TSXV:NQE) announced that Robert Ayotte has been appointed as its Chief Financial Officer to replace Jean Rainville.
As quoted in the press release:
Robert Ayotte has been involved in the mining industry since 1975. During the course of his career, Mr. Ayotte gained considerable experience in public company management, public markets and financial services, as well as administration and accounting. He also acted as vice president, corporate finance for two Canadian brokerage firms. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.
Mr. Ayotte will receive 200,000 options, each giving its holder the right to purchase one share of the Company for $0.10. The options are valid for a five-year period. Any shares purchased are subject to a four-month hold period.
