Northern Vertex Announces Key Acquisition of Historic Moss Gold – Silver Property

Northern Vertex Capital Inc. (TSXV:NEE) announced it has entered into a letter agreement giving the company rights to an undivided 70% interest in the Moss Property in Arizona.

The press release is quoted as saying:

To fulfill the terms of the Exploration and Option Agreement, Northern Vertex paid Patriot Gold Corp. US$500,000 upon execution of the agreement and must spend an aggregate total of US$8 million on exploration over five years.
