Monster Mining has announced that the company has changed its name to  Metallic Minerals.
According to the press release:
The common shares of the Company are expected to begin trading on Tuesday, September 13 under the new symbol “MMG” on the TSX Venture Exchange while continuing as “MMNGF” on the US OTC market.
“This is an exciting period of transformation for the Company with the recent completion of $1.5 million in new financing and the support of our shareholders to advance exploration on the Company’s promising Yukonbased mineral properties,” stated Mr. Bill Harris, Director. “As part of this process, a new management and technical team is being assembled to lead the Company forward, and we believe that this is the right time to make a change in our corporate identity as we endeavour to realize the value and potential of our compelling exploration portfolio.”
