Levon Resources Starts Trading on TSX Following Closure of SciVac Deal
Levon Resources Ltd. (TSX:LVN) announced that common shares of the company have commenced trading on the TSX following the plan of arrangement involving SciVac Therapeutics Inc.
Levon Resources Ltd. (TSX:LVN) announced that common shares of the company have commenced trading on the TSX following the plan of arrangement involving SciVac Therapeutics Inc.
As quoted in the press release:
The common shares of Levon Resources Ltd. have commenced trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the stock symbol LVN following the completion of the previously announced plan of arrangement involving SciVac Therapeutics Inc. (formerly Levon Resources), SciVac Ltd. and the company, dated March 19, 2015. The company has 119,542,711 common shares outstanding as of July 14, 2015. The company also announced its intention to have the common shares quoted on the OTCQX in the United States. A further announcement will be made on such listing being obtained.
As a result of the arrangement, among other things, former shareholders of old Levon received 0.5 of a common share for each common share of old Levon held by such old Levon shareholder immediately prior to the completion of the arrangement. The company issued a total of 119,542,711 common shares to old Levon shareholders pursuant to the arrangement.
