Precious MetalsGolden Minerals Company (AMEX:AUMN,TSE:AUM) and ECU Silver (TSE:ECU) announced that their business combination is now complete.
Golden Minerals Company (AMEX:AUMN,TSX:AUM) and ECU Silver (TSX:ECU) announced that their business combination is now complete.
The press release is quoted as saying:
At closing, each ECU common share was exchanged for the right to receive 0.05 of a share of Golden Minerals common stock and $0.000394 in cash, and ECU became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Golden Minerals.
