Former Idaho Governor Encourages Mining In the State

The Northern Miner reported that Idaho’s former governor is supportive of mining activities in the state.

The market news is quoted as saying:

Gold was discovered in Idaho in the1860s, and the state is rich in silver, cobalt,molybdenum and phosphate.“Idaho is full of opportunities, and mininghas been a major factor in the economyand continues to be so,” [former governor Andrua] said.
