Dia Bras Announces Board of Directors, Executive Officers and Option Plan

Dia Bras Exploration Inc. (TSXV:DIB) announced that shareholders at the company’s AGM approved new appointments to the board of directors.

The press release is quoted as saying:

Dia Bras shareholders also approved, subject to regulatory approvals, the proposed increase in the shares reserved for issuance under the Company’s Incentive Stock Option Plan from the existing 3,085,714 to 8.3 million shares.
