Coeur d’Alene Halts Underground Work at Mexico Mine

Reuters reported that silver miner, Coeur d’Alene has suspended the underground operations at its Palmarejo silver and gold mine in Mexico following the death of a worker.

As quoted in the market news:

Work in the underground portion of the mine has been suspended till the investigation is over while the open pit mine and milling facilities are still operational, the company added.
