Canarc Close to Acquiring El Compas Gold-Silver Mine Project

Canarc Resource Corp. (TSX:CCM,OTCBB:CRCUF) announced that it’s in the final stages of completing a definitive agreement under which it will acquire all the shares of Oro Silver Resources Ltd., a subsidiary of Marlin Gold Mining Ltd. (TSXV:MLN).
As quoted in the press release:

… Oro Silver Resources Ltd. … owns the fully permitted El Compas Gold-Silver Mine Project in Zacatecas, Mexico.
Given the complexity of the transaction, by mutual consent, Canarc and Marlin have agreed to extend the execution of the definitive agreement to on or before October 15, 2015.
