St-Georges Platinum and Base Metals Ltd. (CNSX:SX) announced its shares will commence trading on the OTCQX International under the symbol SXOOF.
As quoted in the press release:
Investors can access St-Georges’ current financial disclosure on www.otcqx.com and www.otcmarkets.com. Berenbaum Weinshienk PC will serve as St-Georges’ Principal American Liaison (PAL) on OTCQX, and will provide guidance on corporate disclosure to the U.S. investor audience and U.S. securities law.
