Precious Metals Ease After Rally, Eyes US Jobs Report

Reuters reported precious metals slumped as the market took a breather after the previous session’s sharp gains.

As quoted in the market news:

Platinum was up 0.3 percent at $1,556.49 an ounce, while palladium rose 3.5 percent to $627.18 an ounce.Both are on track to post double-digit losses for 2011.
