Platinum Australia, Jubilee Merger Nears Finalization

Mining Weekly reported that the proposed merger between Platinum Australia and Jubilee Platinum has moved closer to being finalized, and the former’s creditors’ compromise arrangements will be concluded within three days.

As quoted in the market news:

Jubilee indicated that the projected completion date of the merger remained unchanged for mid-May.
