Resource Investing News Eastern Platinum Limited (TSX:ELR, AIM:ELR, JSE:EPS), announced that the Department of Mineral Resources has lifted Section 54 after conducting an investigation of the fatal accident which occurred at the Zandfontein Section.

As quoted in the press release:
Section 54 imposed by the Department of Mineral Resources has been lifted and as of Wednesday, February 13, 2013, full operations at Zandfontein will resume.
