Colossus Minerals Inc. (TSX:CSI,OTCQX:COLUF) cancelled the special meeting of holders of the Company’s outstanding gold-linked notes that was supposed to be held on January 10, 2014. The Company also cancelled the special meeting of shareholders that was scheduled for January 20, 2014.

Colossus Minerals Inc. (TSX:CSI)(OTCQX:COLUF) (the “Company” or “Colossus”) announced today that the special meeting of holders of the Company’s outstanding gold-linked notes (the “Notes”) called for January 10, 2014 has been cancelled. The special meeting of shareholders of the Company that was called for January 20, 2014 has also been cancelled.
