As quoted in the market news:
The transaction is part of the final indigenisation plan on which Mimosa and the government of Zimbabwe remain in discussions, Aquarius said in a statement.
Zimbabwe’s indigenisation law requires companies operating in the country to be at least 51%-owned by indigenous, or black Zimbabweans.
