Platinum and palladium showed a bit of a divergence this morning as the former fell $20 and retreated to under the $1,900 mark ($1,881 at the open) and once again drew to virtual parity with gold. Palladium on the other hand managed an advance of $1 to start the day off at $762.00 the ounce.
