Unigold Inc. (TSXV:UGD) extended the expiry date of 10,425,000 warrants that were originally set to expire on November 17, 2013. The new expiry date of the warrants is on November 17, 2015.
As quoted in the press release:
…the TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension of the expiry date of the following common share purchase warrants (the “Warrants”):
Number of Warrants: 10,425,000
Original Expiry Date of Warrants: November 17, 2013
New Expiry Date of Warrants: November 17, 2015
Exercise Price of Warrants: $0.15The Warrants were issued pursuant to a non-brokered private placement of units (“Units”) which closed on December 21, 2011. Each Unit consisted of one common share of Unigold and one-half of one Warrant.
