Immediately after the Meeting, the Board of Directors appointed the following officers of the Company:

Allan E. Levien: President and Chief Executive Officer John D. Davies: Chief Financial Officer and Secretary

Allan E. Levien, John D. Davies and Dennis M. Vigouret were re-appointed members of the Audit Committee for the ensuing year, of which Allan E. Levien is Chair.
