Sun Valley Gold: Control and Direction Over Common Shares of Vista Gold

Sun Valley Gold LLC announced the acquisition of over 6 million common shares of Vista Gold Corp. (AMEX:VGC).

Following the completion of the Offering, Sun Valley exercises control and direction over an aggregate of 8,233,913 Common Shares and 2,173,913 common share purchase warrants (“Warrants”) on behalf of client accounts over which it has discretionary trading authority.
