The press release is quoted as saying:
The Company is required to complete an initial exploration program of US$700,000 on the Property in compliance with the Guyanese Geology and Mines Commission requirements for the license. The company has completed programs of line cutting and is contracting geophysical and drilling program as part of the orderly development of the property.
