The press release is quoted as saying:
Ronald L. Parratt stated “It was over 8 years ago that Richard Bedell and I started AuEx with a vision of building an exploration company that would identify new exploration opportunities in Nevada and then explore these projects with industry partners using a joint venture business approach. That strategy worked very well for AuEx and our shareholders and also forms the core business strategy for RenGold.”
