Osisko Gold Royalties (TSX:OR) has declared its first quarter dividend for 2015 of $0.03 per share. The dividend will be payable on April 15 2015 to shareholders as of March 31, 2015.

As quoted in the press release:

This dividend is an “eligible dividend” as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada).
