Niogold Acquires GeoMegA Shares

NioGold Mining Corporation (TSXV:NOX) reports that it has acquired GeoMegA Resources Inc shares.

The press release is quoted as saying:

NOX acquired ownership and control over the Acquired Securities in the circumstances. Prior to the Acquisition, NOX had ownership or control over 607,900 common shares of the Issuer, or approximately 3.38% of the 17,985,976 then issued shares of the Issuer. After the Acquisition, NOX had ownership or control over 2,132,900 common shares of the Issuer, or approximately 10.93% of the 19,510,976 then issued and outstanding common shares of the Issuer.
