Nexus Gold Corp. (TSXV:NXS) announced the results from its annual general meeting of shareholders.
As quoted in the press release:
All of the nominees proposed as directors and listed in Nexus Gold Corp.’s management proxy circular dated May 6, 2015, were elected as directors at the company’s annual general meeting of shareholders held in Vancouver, B.C., on June 10, 2015, with 100 per cent of shares voted cast in favour of each nominee.
The re-elected directors of the company are as follows:
- Peter Berdusco
- Alex Klenman
- Mike Kinley
- Warren Robb
- Dean Humphreys
