Barrick Gold (NYSE:ABX) stated Thursday that Ned Goodman has resigned from the company’s board. Mr. Goodman will focus on a new business venture.
Goodman is set to become co-chair of Oban Mining (TSX:OBM) along with Osisko’s (TSX:OR) Sean Roosen, following a five-way merger proposed in June.
