Mountain Lake Resources Inc.(TSXV:MOA) announced that it will proceed with its previously announced arrangement with Marathon Gold Corporation. The Company decided to go ahead with the arrangement after the majority of its shareholders voted in favor of the transaction.
As quoted in the press release:
Under the terms of the Arrangement, Mountain Lake shareholders on the Effective Date will receive 0.40 of a Marathon common share and 0.40 of a common share in Spinco for every Mountain Lake share held.
