Levon Resources Completes Acquisition of Valley High Ventures

Levon Resources Ltd. (TSXV:LVN,BER:LO9,FRA:LO9) announced that it has completed the process to acquire Valley High Ventures.

The press release is quoted as saying:

Former VHV shareholders now hold approximately 43% of the issued and outstanding shares of Levon with the existing Levon shareholders now holding approximately 57% on a fully-diluted basis.
