GoldON Resources Ltd. (TSXV:GLD) announced a non-brokered financing of up to 3,000,000 non-flow-through units at a price of $0.05 per unit and 4,000,000 flow-through shares at a price of $0.05 per share.
As quoted in the press release:
Each NFT Unit will consist of one common share and one warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase an additional common share at a price of $0.07 for a period of two years from the closing date of the financing.
