Ginguro Announces Board Appointments

Ginguro Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE:GEG) reported that, at the Company’s Annual and Special Meeting held yesterday, the shareholders of the Company elected a slate of directors consisting of Messrs. Richard Murphy, Wayne Whymark, Allan Taylor and Craig Stanley.
