Geologix Commences Latest Drill Program at Tepal, Mexico

Geologix Explorations Inc.(TSX:GIX) announced that it has commenced the latest exploration drilling at its Tepal project to test five prospective zones. The new Reverse Circulation drill program has planned to initially drill 30 holes at the project.

As quoted in the press release:

Drilling has started within Target Area #3, where the Company recently reported a high concentration of elevated gold and silver values in rock samples within an area measuring 1,800 metres (“m”) by 600m located near the project’s proposed mill site.

Geologix, President and CEO, Dunham Craig, commented:

Our exploration team is excited to get started with another round of exploration drilling at the Tepal project. The magnitude of the geophysical results, combined with the strong results from soil and rock sampling programs within several of these new areas, provides encouraging exploration potential as an add-on to the currently known resource zones being evaluated as part of the current Tepal pre-feasibility study. Understanding these new targets areas in advance of a bankable feasibility study will allow the Company to model future mine planning.
