Geologix Appoints Mauricio Candiani Galaz to the Board of Directors
Geologix Explorations Inc. (TSE:GIX) reports the appointment of Mr. Mauricio Candiani Galaz to the its Board of Directors.
The press release is quoted as saying:
Mauricio Candiani Galaz, MBA, is a Mexican citizen and currently President & CEO of Candiani Mining, a private consulting firm based in Mexico City, Mexico. In the last six years, Mr. Candiani has completed numerous divestiture and acquisition deals in the mining and energy sectors. He is experienced in executing equity and M&A transactions in several countries in Latin America, and has acted as an advisor to Southern Copper (Mexico), Endeavour Silver (Canada), La Camera (Canada), Mitsui (Japan), Interexport (Chile) and Tracerco (U.K.) amongst others.
