Estrella Gold Announces Increase and Over-subscription of Financing

Estrella Gold Corporation (TSXV:EST) reported the over-subscription of its previously announced private placement. The offering has been increased from $500,000 to $600,000 or 12,000,000 units, and is fully subscribed.

As quoted in the press release:

Certain strategic shareholders decided to increase their positions significantly and this has oversubscribed the financing. All of these shareholders have been long term investors in Estrella and supporters of the prospect generator model which Estrella follows.
