ESO Uranium Corp. (TSXV:ESO) announced that it will be changing its name to “Alpha Minerals Inc.. The Company also reported that it will be proceeding with a share consolidation on the basis of ten old shares for one new share.

ESO Uranium Corp. (TSXV:ESO) announced that it will be changing its name to Alpha Minerals Inc.. The Company also reported that it will be proceeding with a share consolidation on the basis of ten old shares for one new share. The name change will coincide with the share consolidation.

As quoted in the press release:

The effective date for the Consolidation and change of name will be Friday, November 2, 2012 (the “Effective Date”). The post-Consolidation common shares of Alpha Minerals Inc. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange at the opening of the market on the Effective Date under the symbol “AMW”.
