David Farrell Joins Northern Vertex

 Northern Vertex Capital Inc.(TSXV:NEE) announced the appointment of Mr.David Farrell to its Board of Directors. Mr. Farrell has over 17 years of experience in the mining industry specializing in investment banking.

Mr. Farrell brings Northern Vertex 17 years of investment banking and legal experience in the mining industry. David has been President of Davisa Consulting, a private consulting company, since October 2011.
