Castle Peak Announces Private Placement for Gross Proceeds of up to $2 million
Castle Peak Mining Ltd.(TSXV:CAP) announced announced its intenetion to carry out a new non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of up to $2,000,000. The Company plans to use the proceeds from the placement for the continued exploration program at the Akorade project.
As quoted in the press release:
The securities issued upon the closing of the Offering will be subject to customary securities legislation hold periods. The Offering is subject to receipt of all necessary approvals including the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”). The Offering is anticipated to close on or before July 13, 2012.
