Canada Strategic Metals Inc. (TSXV:CJC,FWB:YXEN,OTCBB:CJCFF) will extend the expiration date of warrants issued with respect to a November 8 2012 private placement to November 20 2015. The extension is subject to required approvals from regulatory authorities.
As quoted in the press release:
The private placement of November 8, 2012 represented 2,050,000 units at a price of $0.055 per unit, for a total amount of $112,750, each unit consisting of:
One common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant (the “Warrant”), each Warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company at a price of $0.10 per share until November 8, 2014.
