Caldera: The Minister of Energy & Natural Resources of the Republic of Armenia Issues Order
Caldera Resources Inc. (CVE:CDR) reports that it has received a copy of an Order issued by the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of the Republic of Armenia.
The press release is quoted as saying:
Caldera and its subsidiary, filed a request on April 27, 2011, with the MENR to investigate the grounds behind the issuance of these notices. The questionable issuance of the initial September 28, 2010 notice was the trigger used by Global Gold Corporation (“GBGD”) for unilaterally and illegally terminating the JV between the parties.
Caldera’s President and CEO, Mr. Bill (Vasilios) Mavridis says:
“With the Minister’s Order declaring the warning notices annulled, I consider we have the elements to constructively move towards amicably settling this matter between Caldera and GBGD and successfully advancing the Marjan Gold and Silver Project.”
