Caldera Resources Reports Results from its Annual AGM and New Updates on Arbitration

Caldera Resources Inc.(TSXV:CDR) announced updates from its recent Annual General Meeting on December 27, 2011. The Company also announced updating all arbitration on Friday January 6, 2012.

As quoted in the press release:

At the Meeting, the Corporation’s Shareholders approved the nomination of the Company’s Auditor, Bratt Fremeth Star, and the re-election of its Directors, Mark Billings, Vasilios (Bill) Mavridis, Ross Orr, Steve Roebuck and Lorne Woods. The resolution to modify the stock option plan was not passed.
