Caldera Announces Date for Annual and Special Shareholder Meeting and Other News

Caldera Resources Inc. (TSXV:CDR) announced that the Annual General & Special Meeting of Security holders for Caldera will be held on December 27, 2011.

As quoted in the press release:

The Record Date for the meeting in Montreal is November 28, 2011.

Other News – Private Placement Approved
Caldera received final acceptance of its private placement on the close of business of Tuesday, November 14, 2011 and a press release was filed by the TSX Venture Exchange announcing the approval on Wednesday, November 15, 2011. The Private Placement consists of a total of 2,800,000 units (“Units”) issued at a price of $0.06 per Unit.

Other News – Arbitration
The Arbitration hearing where Caldera is seeking a declaration that the Joint Venture Agreement for the Marjan Project is in full force and effect continued this week. Caldera rested its case last week and GBGD has completed the presentation of its material witnesses, save for Mr. Van Krikorian, the Chairman, CEO, Director and General Counsel of GBGD, who may testify at the next available date.
