Bravada Gold Re-Elects Nine Directors to its Board

Bravada Gold Corp.(TSXV:BVA) announced the re-election of nine directors at its annual general meeting on March 21, 2012. The Company also announced that the shareholders approved a shareholder rights plan at the agm.

Bravada also reported that the shareholders have approved a Shareholder Right Plan at its annual general meeting. The Shareholder Rights Plan was adopted to ensure the fair treatment of all Bravada shareholders in the event of an unsolicited take-over bid for the outstanding common shares of Bravada.
