Amex Exploration Closes Second Tranche of Private Placement for $55,000.00

Amex Exploration Inc. (TSXV:AMX) announced that they have closed they second tranche of a private placement, worth $55,000.00. Together with the first tranche, they have raised  $422,000.00.

As quoted in the press release:

The net proceeds from the sale of the flow-through shares will be used to finance the Corporation’s exploration program on the Perron property, located in the Province of Quebec and the net proceeds from the sale of the common shares will be used for general working capital purposes.
