$800,000 Non-Brokered Private Placement Announced by Threegold

Threegold Resources Inc. (TSXV:THG) announced a private placement of up to 13,333,333 units at $0.06 per unit for total proceeds of CND$ 800,000 dollars.

As quoted in the press release:

Each unit will consist of one common share and one half purchase warrant. Each warrant will be exercisable to purchase one common share of the company for 24 months, at a price of $0.10 per share.
