Pinetree Capital Acquires Acero-Martin Exploration

Pinetree Capital Ltd. (TSX:PNP), reported that on January 14, 2010, the company acquired ownership of 1,000,000 common shares and 500,000 common share purchase warrants of Acero-Martin Exploration Inc.
