Pinetree Acquires Securities of Rare Earth Metals

Pinetree Capital Ltd. (TSX:PNP), announces that the company has acquired ownership of 4,000,000 common shares and 2,000,000 common share purchase warrants of Rare Earth Metals Inc. on December 16, 2009.
