LONG COMPANY NAME

Overview

Pancontinental Uranium is a Canadian-based company focused on uranium discovery and development. Through a joint venture with Crossland Uranium Mines Limited of Australia, Pancon has established one of the strongest teams in the uranium industry. The joint venture is led by a management and operating team with unparalleled experience from exploration, through development to operations, and includes people who were instrumental in the discovery of two of the largest uranium deposits in the world. Pancon holds an impressive exploration portfolio with projects in prolific, mining friendly districts. Active exploration is ongoing at four Australian projects which include Chilling, Crossland Creek, Charley Creek and Kalabity. The Chilling project has the potential to host a mirror image of a portion of the renowned Alligator Rivers Uranium Field containing the large Jabiluka, Ranger and Koongarra deposits. Pancon and Crossland are also pursuing exploration beyond Australia and plan an exploration program in Burkina Faso.

Key Points:

  • Unlocking Australia’s vast uranium potential in prolific uranium districts
  • Actively exploring in the Northern Territory, South Australia and Western Australia
  • Unparalleled Australian uranium experience
  • Global mindset for future exploration

Chief Properties

Chilling, Northern Territory (Crossland, 100%)

  • Targets: Alligator Rivers-type large, high-grade unconformity-related uranium deposits
  • Land position: approximately 1,824 km2 including a strike length exceeding 130 kilometres of unconformity
  • This area could potentially mirror a portion of the Jabiluka-Ranger-Koongarra corridor of the prolific Alligator Rivers Uranium Field mining district
  • Mema and Eccles prospects show visible uranium mineralization in samples, with outcrop chip sample values up to 658 ppm uranium

Crossland Creek, Western Australia (Crossland, 100%)

  • Targets: unconformity-related uranium deposits
  • Land position: approximately 348 km2
  • Target for uranium is at the basal unconformity of the King Leopold Sandstone
  • Basement rocks below Sandstone remain unexplored

Charley Creek, Northern Territory (Crossland, 100%)

  • Targets: sediment-hosted uranium deposits, specifically calcrete and redox-related uranium targets, as well as uranium-enriched phases of the Teapot Granite
  • Land position: approximately 703 km2
  • Covers highly uranium-enriched Teapot Granite target, including extensive drainages and sediment basins downstream
  • Substantial sediment development up to 150 metres in thickness

Kalabity, South Australia (Crossland earning 60%)

  • Targets: granite-related uranium deposits and iron oxide copper gold deposits in the Curnamona Craton
  • Land position: approximately 148 km2
  • Extensive past exploration, targeting the KR4 prospect with granite-related davidite mineralization similar to ore at Radium Hill
  • New target, Tabita, located 3.5 km northwest of KR4, located in a zone that remains open in all directions
