As quoted in the press release:
The private placement units consist of one share at a purchase price of $5.00 per share and a warrant to purchase one-half of one share, exercisable at a price of $6.00 per share for two years, subject to regulatory approval. The proceeds of the private placement will be used for general working capital. No finder’s fee or commission is payable for this private placement.
