Namibia Rare Earths Inc. (TSX:NRE,OTCQX:NMREF) announced that the Company’s shareholders passed all resolutions during the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders.
As quoted in the press release:
…shareholders voted in favour of all items of business before the Annual and Special Meeting of the Shareholders held in Halifax, Nova Scotia today. Shareholders holding 72.71% of the outstanding shares of the Company were present in person or by proxy at the meeting.
